Shipping & Returns- We only ship within New Zealand

RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES POLICY
 
Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If more than 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items:

Products that have been used

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Note: We only cover postage for faulty products - we do not cover return shipping for change of mind.

Late or missing refunds 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@mayde.co.nz.

Sale items 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@mayde.co.nz and send your item to the below address.

Shipping Refunds
All postage costs associated with exchanges are not refunded by MAYDE unless the product is deemed faulty.

Returns sent via courier are at the customer's expense, and MAYDE will not pay or reimburse return freight costs for any product that is returned for reasons other than faulty product.

We recommend using a Track & Trace Delivery Service through New Zealand Post or Courier Post. MAYDE are not liable for any lost courier returns, and cannot track parcels not sent through official Track & Trace Delivery Services. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Please Note

We take no responsibility, nor are we legally responsible for lost or damaged items in transit to you. Once parcels are posted they become the property of New Zealand Post/ International shipping company. If your package is delivered to you with visible damage or appears to have been opened/tampered in any way, please ensure that this is noted with the New Zealand Post / International Shipping company  representative upon delivery.

Please ensure you have correctly entered your delivery address to avoid it being returned to us as undeliverable. Further shipping costs will be incurred to have the package resent to you.
